What is the minimum stay for long-stay corporate rates?
Long-stay tariffs start from 7 consecutive nights. Shorter stays are quoted on our regular corporate rate card.
What is the monthly rate for a corporate room?
For 30 nights and above, rooms start at about ₹1,599 per room per night with breakfast — roughly ₹47,970 per room per month on single occupancy, before GST.
Are meals included in long-stay plans?
Breakfast is included in every plan. Lunch and dinner are available as a flat add-on of ₹600–₹850 per person per day, or bundled in the full-board project plan.
Is laundry included?
Stays of 14 nights or more include weekly laundry of a fixed number of garments per guest. Extra pieces and express service are billed per item.
Can occupants change during the stay?
Yes. The block belongs to your company, so team members can rotate in and out — just send the name list a day in advance.
Do you offer credit billing?
Registered companies can move to monthly credit billing after the first cycle, with one consolidated GST invoice per month.
Is there a work desk and reliable internet in the room?
Every long-stay room has a work desk, task chair, charging points and high-speed Wi-Fi, with 24×7 generator backup across the block.
Can we get a small meeting room during the stay?
Yes. Long-stay guests get discounted half-day and full-day meeting rates, and blocks of 10 rooms or more receive complimentary hours each week.
How far is the resort from Ramnagar railway station?
About 3 km, a 10 minute drive. Station and airport pickups can be arranged on request.
Is parking available for company vehicles?
Yes — free on-site parking for cars, tempo travellers and coaches, with overnight security.
Do you allow single occupancy for long stays?
Yes. Single and twin-sharing rates are quoted separately; twin sharing brings the per-person cost down substantially.
What is the housekeeping and linen schedule?
Rooms are serviced daily, linen is changed every third day, and laundry pickups run on fixed weekdays.
Can we store project material or equipment?
Yes, a lockable store space can be allotted for tools, samples or documents on stays of 15 nights and above.
Do you provide early breakfast and packed lunch for site teams?
Breakfast can open from 6 AM and packed lunch boxes are prepared with a day's notice.
Are there vegetarian and Jain meal options?
Pure vegetarian, Jain, vegan and low-oil meals are prepared on request at no extra cost.
What is the cancellation policy on long-stay blocks?
Room count can be reduced by up to 15 percent with 72 hours notice without penalty. Larger reductions are handled case by case.
Is GST charged on long stays?
Yes, GST applies to room tariff and food as per prevailing rules, and your GSTIN is printed on the invoice for input credit.
Can families of long-stay guests visit?
Weekend family visits are welcome; charges apply only for extra beds and meals.
Is a doctor available if someone falls ill?
A doctor on call reaches the resort within about 20 minutes, and Ramnagar hospitals are 3–4 km away.
Do long-stay guests get pool and recreation access?
Yes — pool, indoor games, bonfire evenings and lawn areas are included.
Can we book safari and sightseeing on off days?
Our travel desk arranges jeep safari permits, Kosi river visits and local sightseeing at group rates, subject to forest department availability.
What documents are required at check-in?
A government photo ID for each guest and one company authorisation letter or purchase order for the block.
How quickly can a long-stay block be confirmed?
Quotes go out within a few working hours and blocks are usually confirmed the same day once the purchase order arrives.
